terrible service

<p>I'm disgusted with the service I receive from mtn...I logged a insurance claim on the 09/09/16 regarding my handset., they picked my phone up only in October 2016...on numerous occasions I have visited the bluff branch with no success...every time I go there they keep on telling me its getting escalated with the supervisor but still no response..I'm just irritated because I'm waiting for over 6 months now how many more months do I have to wait..my contract will be ending soon how long do I have to wait before I get my phone back.</p>
