Terrible service

<p>I went to MTN Riverside in nelspruit to get a phone on contract and got a phone that was apparently good (had to take it back after a day cause of a fault) and wasn't pleased with the service and information so I wanted to cancel the whole contract and was denied even though I had only had the phone for 2 days which is within the 7 days period which the service provider (808) told me I can still cancel my contract and was denied. Apparently the people that are service provider employees are not trained, so they told me, which is shocking for me. I'm not pleased at all. I wasted fuel money and time going back and forth with no help, I'm furious and will never buy from MTN ever again. </p>
