Terrible service

I had a terrible service from MTN, they called me a few months back to renew my data contract for a lesser amount of R69 but for the past 3-4 months they are deducting almost double the amount agreed on. When I call to quiry this matter I’m being told to contact a 3rd party to request for a contract and a recording?????
