Terrible service

<p>For the last 4months i have been querying my account with MTN which no one can assist me with, their is -Self Service Interna - MTN 30 RAND- R26.32 going off my account which no one can explain to me how to remove it. I have had endless problems with data disappearing and no one can explain it to me, The charge on my phone is rediculous and getting out of hand. i have decided not to use your sim card any more, got a sim from another network to use cause i have had it with yourservice. i went to MTN the glen to query my account, the lady logged something on the system said someone will call me back its been 3months no call from MTN but you very quick to suspende my service when i dont pay you. i have been a loyal customer to MTN for the past 13years and this is the service i receive from you guys pathatic , horrible, disgusting dont even have words to discribe this uter rubish. i need the self service thing removed from my account immediatly. i have 2other contracts which is due for upgrade this year i will cancel them as soon as they expire i had enough of MTN.</p>
