Terrible service

To whom it may concern

My name is Griffin May and I am a MTN customer/client on both prepaid and contract facilities. I am experiencing immense difficulties with a resolution towards my problem . Your customer service is absolutely terrible and unhelpful . My issue is impeding me from doing day to day activities which is of utmost importance to me and all your customers service agents are treating me with complete disregard and seemingly just passes the buck to the next person. I request that someone from management contact as soon as possible so to resolve this issue.
