Terrible serivce

I got a phone on contract from MTN direct in Jan 2016, 2 weeks later the phone is switching off by itself. I sent it back on the 12-02-16. For the last 3 days I have called after them to enquire what is going on. As far as I know we are waiting for a RMA number since 19-02-16. My exchange phone which is probably a refurbished phone will invoiced out, Lord knows when that will happen. Then I must wait another week for my 2nd hand phone to be delivered even after I requested for overnight delivery. I am sitting without a cell phone as no loan phone was offered to me. I have to call them from my office phone and hold on for long amounts of time. I also loose the screen protector I bought for the phone which as you know is not cheap. I guess this is the service you get once you already sign the contract. Now im stuff with the ****py network for 2 years. I want a new phone... with a screen protector and overnight delivery.
