TERRIBLE RECEPTION
Voice portion of number almost non existent or extremely delayed
Trying to resolve with the call centre since 7 Jan 2019
Advised numerous time to call technical (in addition to the other depts. they were trying) - could never get through
Voice prompts changes overnight - get a hman to direct your call to the relevant dept!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I technical is busy, don't automaticallt send the call to billing (or anyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) they kept on "ESCALATING" IT TO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS
