Terrible provider.

Mtn is actually useless. Every month there is a problem with my debit order. When you use their whatsapp channel, it does not even understand the prompts that they tell you to type in ? Like how does that even make sense ? On my account my debit orders go off, but then i get an email saying that it has not been paid? Then only a month later they call me to question me about their own mistakes ? And that is every single month, doesnt anyone there keep tabs on the clients ? After this contract they will never hear my name again. Absolutely disgusted
