Terrible online delivery experience.

I have never experienced such bad service with regards to the delivery of my phone we ordered online. We kept getting new dates as to when the phone would be delivered and this was not fulfilled until 2 weeks had gone past. (After initially being told 2-4 business days. We were told multiple times that the DOB and ID. No was incorrect including the cell phone number,all after the fact that the phone had already been sent out for delivery. The next set of dates for delivery were provided, however this was not fulfilled. This went round and round until I got legal advice, then all details such as DOB, ID.no etc were miraculously up to date and the phone was delivered.
