Terrible Nightmare

They don't even deserve a star including their insurance company. I have been an MTN user for over 20years, on one unforeseen situation where I need to have my claim processed etc, its an incredible nightmare. Thanks for ruining my life especially because not having a phone I cant do my job, while I'm sure you all relaxed in your offices.
