Terrible MTN that don't pick up their own phones

MTN Fourways loaded my wife's contract wrong when she upgraded to a new contract, and now when we try to phone no one answers the phone. Even the manager gave his number to us but it is going straight to voicemail. I am starting to wonder if the contract description was real on the booklet or is it simply to good to be true.
