TERRIBLE MTN... TERRIBLE MTN...TERRIBLE MTN....BACK WITH STUPID SERVICES

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN is simply robbing their clients money without being informed. They simply continuing the contract eventhough i havent upgraded my contract and they are actually charging more money than previous amount saying that the discounts are not applicable.</p> <p>What kind of a disgusting and ridiculous service is this? When i called the call centre they kept me on Hold for 27minutes and they answered the call? The worst call centre service that i have ever seen, The lady I spoke to, She was utterly rudest when answering the call. </p> <p>She gave me the reference number REQ ********** and they cant cancel the contract and they dont why they are charging extra money for that and they should have called me that we still wanted to continue your contract and do you want our services or not. They say that they send an sms. What the H.LL? Please refund my money back that you officially ****** from my account. Nobody want your stupid services which is worse network and worse call centre and even worse billing system. </p> <p>I want to cancel my contract and if you cant help me. Then I will go to ombudsman and definitely not stop it here and i will definitely take the printouts and distribute at the robot by explaining how stupid service MTN is providing. </p> <p>I will post as many places as i can that how poor service that MTN is providing and how MTN is robbing the money. I dont want your stupid services and your network also doesnt come in my home. </p> <p>PLEASE PAY BACK MY MONEY and CANCEL MY CONTRACT.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
