Subject: Frustrating Experience with MTN's System Process

I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with MTN. I recently purchased a contract phone, and while my application was approved, I have been waiting since Friday morning for a debit order authorization to be approved by my FNB Bank. I was just informed today that my query is still sitting in the query hub and has not yet been attended to.

While the consultant I interacted with was friendly and helpful, it’s clear that the systems and processes at MTN are inefficient, causing unnecessary delays. I am very frustrated with the way MTN is handling this matter. As a customer, this has been a major inconvenience, and I am deeply unhappy with the lack of urgency in resolving my issue.

I am located at MRN Greenacres, Port Elizabeth, and I hope MTN can improve its systems and processes to prevent future occurrences like this.
