Terrible MTN Store service

I have had such pathetic service from the LIberty Midlands Mall store by Woolworths , the store never ever answers the phone so it is an inconvenience to go to the store to find out simple things. The staff do not follow up when they promise to get back to you . You have to do their job all the time. Several others i the que expressed the same grievance as myself with this store .
