Terrible mtn service shesha 200 delivery

Terrible service, ordered the Shesha 200 package with the router and free R500 takealot voucher online on the 26th August. The 28th DSV came to deliver the router but biometrics failed after numerous times so they had to leave with the router, I had my proof of address and ID with me but mtn doesn't allow that they have to take the router back and process a manual delivery where now they will accept my ID and proof of address, it's now the 3rd September, a week later and I'm still waiting for the router to come. Contacted mtn but am still waiting for delivery of order number *** and for the R500 takealot voucher. Having to buy data when I already paid for the service but am not getting any service from mtn
