Terrible MTN service

MTN is not helping me. I can’t send SMS’s on my phone. Their manager in KZN Dawn Sadler, who has been trying to assist me, is no help either. I have logged ticket after ticked and they keep telling me there is no issue when there clearly is one. I have been to both istore and mtn and the issue is with mtn. Every time I send a message from my phone it never goes through. However I can receive all messages.
