Terrible MTN Service

My brother has a contract phone with MTN (which I pay for), the phone got broken, it couldnt charge (iphone). I took to MTN (Ermelo) for repairs since its still under warranty. They took the phone in May. When I went back to check on it in July they told me that the phone was never sent because it did not have the earphones. No one called to inform me that I needed to bring the earphones, they just kept it in the shop. I sent the earphones. No one called me until I went back to check on the phone. They told me that they couldnt fix the phone because the 'find my phone' function was on. I should first switch it off. They know very well that I couldnt switch on the phone. Anyway, I used my other phone which I had linked to check this function. Well, the function was always off. They were lying. I went to the shop to tell them that, they said they will send it back. This is terrible beyond belief. I went to MTN because I thought it was a reputable service provider, it turns out it is the worst.
