Terrible MTN Service!

MTN has the worst service ever! They're quick to take your money but they're slow on resolving problems. I've cancelled my contract and they continue to bill me every month, ruining my credit score because I refuse to pay for something I don't have. I've sent countless emails and the most they can say is that: "it will be escalated." It's absolutely terrible service!
