Terrible MTN Network

Mtn has become the worst network of the lot. I have noticed that the MTN signal/network in Free State and Kwazulu-Natal has become very poor. This just worsens during Loadshedding. MTN centres don't seem to bother about this matter. I have contacted them (MTN) several times with nothing getting better. The MTN signal and calling seems to shut down constantly. This matter has become a risk and life-threathening to all those who are using the MTN network. At times of emergency , I am unable to contact anyone. I am now forced to use this platform due to a certain life-threathening situation the occurred to me and at that time , I was unable to contact anyone due to MTN failing.
