Terrible MTN Legal Department Service

I now understand why MTN has such bad reviews. After 2 years of nor receiving any communication from a contract that was supposed to have been closed, I received a R7700 demand from a collection agency of MTN's. When requesting MYN Lega Department to contact me the Legal guy replies with, Please send us proof of payment". I was also a loyal client for decades with MTN, like many of the reviews, It seems that once we helped them grow they forgot about us.
