TERRIBLE MTN INSURANCE CLAIM!!!!!

MTN Insurance provider Contact Number: ***   I am highly dissatisfied with MTN Insurance!! I have been having a problem with my MTN provider IPhone 6 Plus for the past month now. My phone continues to freeze for long periods making it impossible to use. I went into the MTN Sandton branch two weeks ago to enquire about the problem and was told they could not help me immediately as my phone would have to be booked in and this would take up to two weeks in order to assess the problem. In the meantime they are not able to provide me with a loan phone and that’s as are far as they could help however if I take it to the Midrand repair centre directly they would be able to assist faster and solve the problem. I then opted to take it to the actual repair centre in Midrand on Thursday, 5 April 2016 where I was told they could not assist immediately and would take up to two weeks in order to have my phone sorted out. I then told her that my phone is insured with MTN Insurance and she began to tell me that it is their responsibility to assist with a loan phone, collection of my damaged phone and replacement of the phone once a claim had been lodged and again the actual repair centre could not help me. The claim was lodged that day and faxed to MTN Insurance by the repair centre where I received a claim number of ***. I was then told by the MTN consultant after the fax for my claim had been sent that I had to now contact them, MTN insurance, separately in order to follow up with the claim and receive a loan phone. I sat at the Midrand repair centre for over an hour trying to get a hold of MTN Insurance via call as well as sent them an email to discuss the way forward regarding my phone. There had been no answer or response regarding the matter. I am highly annoyed as my form of communication via my cell phone is completely cut off. I have no spare phone in which to go about my day and thus rely on the fact that if I’m paying insurance in order to cover such a time, it should work and come into effect. There has been no communication from MTN Insurance thus far as well as their contact number seems to not be working. Cartier Zagorski 078 ***
