TERRIBLE MTN Insurance

I've been such a loyal customer to MTN since 1999, to be on the wrong end of exceptionally poor service and being declined for an insurance claim for what I think is very unfair is bitterly disappointing.

I don't quite understand how I was declined for a basic claim over my phone disappearing when it was safely stored away and out of sight in the comfort of homely environment. To be told I was "negligent" or not to have been protective enough/safeguarded the device under the circumstances means I will cancel my contract and look for opportunities elsewhere.

Rest assured I will not take the matter without a fight, I will definitely be escalating the matter further.

I will NEVER EVER insure my mobile device with any of the telcomms companies again, DEFINITELY NOT MTN! To think I have never even claimed anything with MTN since I was a customer 20 years ago.
