Terrible MTN experience

Awful experience with MTN. They recently had their new offers advertised only to be told at my local MTN store that they haven't been loaded yet. I sent a message to their Facebook team asking what is happening and Mpume didn't seem to know what was happening. She told me to go to another MTN store or call the number. I explained that I could do neither of those and explained why. I am shocked at the unprofessionalism and carelessness of MTN.
