TERRIBLE MTN CONTRACT

I wish to express my disappointment and frustration in this provider, on the 25th of April 2025 – R3458,24 was charged on my account 26 th May 2025 – R1926,08 was charged on my account 25 th June 2025 – R3658,72 was charged on my account I have logged called reporting this and went to the mtn store and I have been advised that it is out of data bundles, I wish to advise that I have not activated this on my account and it was by surprise to myself that my account could be loaded more than 3,5,8 times a day with auto renewal 500mb daily, I have been with MTN my life and on contract for 5 years but all of a sudden when I finish paying for one account, this is what suddenly happens, charged of +-R2500 on my account? This had put me in a very bad position financially and entirely putting my life on hold, cannot even make ends meet in these 3 months and because of bundles I do not make use of, , there is calls I receive on my number and sms with someone else’s name that they owe money on their account,

On my App there is only R10 out of bundles set
