terrible MTN
phoned Mtn to tell them that here is a factory default on my screen fpr my Huawei p20 that is only 3days old... I dropped my phone from a half an inch and my screen shattered.. when I phoned to tell them I want them to replay or fix my phone they keep saying I must take it back where I got it form. The more im telling them it was done over the phone and delivered to me, they transfer me to a new person. this went on 4 times, or the would just drop the call... MTN is so unprofessional and there staff don't even know there products it is disgraceful, and I am very upset about the lack of service....
