Terrible most terrible service

Terrible terrible terrible service. I was waiting outside in a line of 5 people outside Savannah Mall MTN for over an hour. Service is extremely slow and no one cares to come outside and explain to us that we will be attended to or anything of that nature instead you can see 3 MTN consultants from outside one was always free and not attending to any client. I have been to a number of MTN stores but this one remains to be the worst, this is ruining the image of MTN. You have to call this store to order. It’s unacceptable to wait for over an hour for service. People that I found there had been waiting for almost 2 hours and they have apparently witnessed one of the MTN staff fighting verbally and physically pushing a client outside MTN premises. This is unacceptable and should be tolerated further.
