Terrible insurance

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Don't ever take out insurance with MTN!!!! Put in a claim in Feb - no response as yet - I have been trying to sort this out BEFORE LOCKDOWN!!! So I had to have my phone fixed on my own expense before lockdown!!! No they don't want to pay my costs.
