Terrible home WiFi service provider

Mtn is by far the worst service provider for home WiFi! my WIFI has been giving me issues since the beginning of the month and I called them and they gave a bull**** story and it was reinstated.

Now here we are again this time it’s worse because it is not connecting at all for the past 2 days and I’m trying to call their contact center and there’s no option for speaking to an agent but they debited me yesterday for a service that I am not even receiving. This is complete nonsense!
