Terrible experience with MTN. Horrible Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to close my mtn contract for over 12 months, i have been asked to pay amount after amount. after the last confirmation payment, to my surprise i have been handed over to attorneys for R470,00. Visited a MTN Woodmead who referred me to this number as its their legal department ***, to my surprise my name is not there and they advised that maybe its other attorneys that the shop failed to do their job to find where my name is, up to this date i don't know where my name was handed over to and why my account was not closed. I wouldn't recommend MTN to anyone.

This is the most horrific experience I have ever had with a network and cellular provider.
