Terrible Experience - Autopage were better

In March i dropped my phone & the screen was broken - i was an autopage customer & turned out at the time MTN were taking over Autopages customers. A debate ensued between MTN and Autopage as to who's insurance should pay for my phone. I was issued a refurbished phone by MTN - a month after receiving the phone it started giving me hassles - touch screen functionality stopped working & would remain this way for hours. I took the phone back to MTN - only to be told I should call them to find out when they'd have a refurbished replacement for me? *** - why do I pay insurance if i'm going to be issued with refurbished phones each time? It's an inconvenience to the customer - I am without a phone while I wait for them to get stock? I have to follow up with them daily - they don't give feedback! And most likely the refurbished phone I'll get will give me issues again shortly after I receive it? Which will mean more inconvenience for me.

To log a complaint on their site - you're also only allowed 500 characters - what a laugh MTN!
