Terrible everything 🤣

Oh wow. What a useless lot. I got a new account with them on their month to month home data. As it was after the first, i had to pay for a sim and the pro-rata month AND a full month ahead. Since then they also tried to debit me numerous times and now handed me over because i stopped their debit orde 🤣. I went to their store many times but they have no authority to do anything. Now mid month they decided to block my internet. How awesome and it is paid upfront already. Their branch is running around to get me connected. Oh my soul! Avoid them at all cost! Run like hell…. Use anyone else. I will try to get a refund for the days switched off whilst it was paid. Wonder how that will work 🤣. Just avoid at all cost.. I feel very sorry for their poor staff having to deal with customers directly on the floor😔
