TERRIBLE does not even begin to describe the poor level of service at MTN!!

MTN has some of the worst call centre agents I have ever come across. Their attitude is bad, they do not listen carefully to how you want to be assisted and they are argumentative. I spoke to 3 call centre agents on 3 separate calls. TERRIBLE does not even begin to describe how poor a service MTN provides. Even the one star rating above is too much, they deserve NO STAR at all. The worst network ever.
