Terrible customers service

The customer services I have experienced from MTN Clearwater is nothing to be desired,Sbonelo and Thobile assisted me ,she even gave a complaints email. Which is ***. I mean I dont get this I was approved for a phone and this is how I'm treated following up everyday only to be told they don't have stock, why was I not advised from the beginning. Very annoyed customer,maybe it's time to change Networks I've been loyale for over 15 years
