Terrible customer support

I am trying to resolve an issue that I have with ExtraTime and understand why I was opted in for it, how the service works and how to cancel it because I buy data and airtime directly through my banking app and it keeps being taken for Extratime. Everytime I call to speak to an agent I get put on hold and then they end the call.
