terrible customer services

I do not suggest anyone get a contract from mtn!! its been TWO MONTHS since i sent my phone in for repair, 4 weeks later i get told there was a problem on MTN side that they will resolve and i will soon get my phone back, for the past 2 months of calling the store NOT once has my called been answered, but the staff are busy on their personal phones. I have spent so much going to the store to find out about phone since nobody answers. So today i decide to go in store, 1 guy is busy chatting on bbm(i can hear his alerts) and the other 2 staff are having a hearty conversation. I ask Shoaib why NOBODY ever answers the work phone and he says that their lines have been down since Thursday, what about the past 2 months????I learner today that my phone is still not fixed and they will only fix it once the problem(they made) is sorted out! Disgusted with the customer service!!!!!!
