Terrible Customer Service Phone line service

Been trying to contact MTN, when selecting the option of speaking to their "service champions", after holding for about 10min for 2 occasions and about 32 minutes on the third attempt, I still was not able to talk to the "service champion". On all three occasions, when the eventually pick the phone up, they introduce themselves and the phone cuts off before they can "make my day".
