Terrible customer service, ****mers of note

They will harass you for being a good customer who pays on time by calling to offer new contracts, when you accept they will not deliver what you asked for. You will call and call begging them to cancel the additional contracts but they will not assist you. They will keep billing you for services you are not using, they will **** and **** you. And they have horrible customer service.
