Terrible customer service in store and customer care😡😡😡

I signed a new contract with mtn after being a loyal customer over many years of service with vodacom as they couldn't assist me.To my avail it's the worst mistake I've made ever.Terrible customer service, rude and abrupt assistance in store especially norwood mall mtn.In my eyes the so called manager doesn't know how to deal with clients and so are his co workers.Its a shame in my eyes his not fit to be in a management position.Customer care just as usless can't assist U at all.In my eyes u not running a business more like a circus.Really and truly unacceptable behavior.
