Terrible customer service, if there even is such a thing as MTN customer care!!!

MTN has the worst customer service offering I ever came across, firstly you cannot even google proper contact details for them to contact customer care and secondly I had to communicate with them via a public post on Twitter to even get a response.

I have had my wifi disconnected due to one of their sales people who does not know how to do his job in the Pietermaritzburg Liberty Midlands Mall branch. Disconnected and cancelled my debit order without any notification...just as I thought I was getting joy from someone on Twitter, they just stopped responding.

Please guys, do not ever take an MTN contract at PMB LIBERTY MALL, you might get black listed for non payment yet those people do not know how to do their josbs properly!!!!
