Terrible customer service

My MTN service was suspended by MTN for no apparent reason. I phoned their customer care service and it worked again for 2 days. And was yet suspended again. I have been phoning everyday for over a week and no one can tell me why my service is suspended. Everyone I have spoken to says it will be restored but still to no avail. I STILL cannot use my phone. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is absolutely unacceptable!!
