TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

So MTN advertised a black friday router special on TV which was va**** until the 9th December 2020. We loved it very much so my baby daddy went to Eastgate MTN store on the 8th December 2020 to apply for it. They said he was gonna be notified soon whether he's approved or not, On the 10th he went back to the store to ask what's going on with the aplication process and they told him that their system had crushed and they had to restart it, had he not gone there I guess he was not gonna be contacted. To date there has not been any form of communication from MTN!! I'm running a small business, I've used over R300 buying data since then and waiting on them to process our application...
