Terrible customer service

On the 1st of December i received a call from a sales agent in regards to a cell phone contract but on the call i requested that they should cancel everything and i will go in store but on the 3rd of December i received a confirmation sms and email with information about a delivery. This means that the sales agent put my order through even though on the recorded line i requested for it to be cancelled. The agent was very unprofessional and rude at the end of the call.
