Terrible Customer Service & Billing

I have been a customer of MTN since my very first cell contract in the 1990s. Since then I have acquired numerous additional contracts for myself & my business. I was a very happy customer until my bill for Oct 15 arrived stating that I owe R5,318.74. This was a complete shock as my entire bill averages at around R1,800 - R2,000 pm.<br> I queried the amount & it seems I was billed about R3000 for my 2gb data sim, which is standard at R119 pm. <br> I asked for a breakdown as it seems impossible, MTN disclosed that I subscribed to a content provider of Whatsapp Wallpapers at a daily subscription, which I have not.<br> Secondly they billed me for nearly 3gb of data for 1 week slap bang in the middle of my billing cycle. No charges before the 1 week period - nor any charges after the 1 week period. The report states only the amount of data & not to whom or for what.<br> I have called the call centre & spoke to Cathy Botha, Rashani, Cherry Matthews, KB. No-one came back with a reasonable explanation or feedback. My November bill showed the incorrect amount being credited & I paid the balance.<br> My services have been suspended from last night, as now I owe this amount.<br> MTN sucks, their service is bad
