Terrible customer service.

Mtn has one of the worst customer service experience! One of their agents literally up on me without solving my query. I was not irate at all so I really don't understand why an agent would do that just because are struggling in resolving the call. It's just ridiculous at this point and If I could rate them a 0, I definitely would.
