Terrible customer service at the Store

Bad customer service!!! Today I went to a MTN store in Durban, mutual mall building. Before the lady even asked me what I needed assistance with, she told me to stand outside as they only allowed 3 customers to sit inside due to covid restrictions. The problem was they was a homeless person sitting outside where she was instructing me to stand and I refused to stand there, instead asked to stand by the door and wait for sit to be available. It went south from there as she could not understand why I was refusing to stand next to a homeless person and as a result she lost her temper with me and told me that she was going to show me her true colours. The manager insisted of hearing my concerns also sided with his colleague. My question was simple, why don’t you ask the homeless person to sit elsewhere instead of in front of the store where you expect customers to stand.

I never got the answer but ridiculed.

I’m never going back to that store again 😤😤😡
