Terrible customer service at MTN

After 4 weeks of calling MTN daily to port a number from Vodacom, Luvo the salesperson is still unable to conclude the transaction... He flippantly informs me that I should come in for a refund of the Sim as there is nothing he can do... waiting at MTN for approximately 1 hour now, systems are apparently always so slow...
