Terrible customer service at MTN - Centurion Mall (opposite Chicken Licken)

I called MTN Centurion Mall (opposite Chicken Licken). I was hoping to renew my contract. the lady on the other side argued with me over how she was taking my number down, she was to call me if cellphone I was looking for was available. when I asked for her number she hung up and has been dropping my calls ever since. Please my fellow SAns, if you ask for a job and you get offered the job, do your best! Provide the best customer service as if your life depended on it.
