Terrible customer service

I've been trying to cancel my contract for over a week now. When you call customer service you end up waiting for over an hour or the phone just gets dropped. I've gotten different amounts that I've needed to pay to terminate my contract too. Just let customers cancel their contracts in store. This was such a waste of time.
