Terrible Customer Service, A Company Working in Silos

I’ve never seen a company that works in silos such as this one. I took a contract through MTN Direct on ********** 667 and now when I call asking for a proof of purchase nobody seems to be able to help me. I am being sent from Pillar to Post. All I am asking for is a simple contract/proof of purchase and no one in MTN knows where to get it.
