Terrible Customer Service

I am a UNISA student who was supposed to receive data for my exams and I have been struggling for over a month to get the data and STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN RECEIVED. I phoned them and was told to send an email, and the service is so pathetic that they only respond once on your email and then nothing further. This is really truly disappointing. Even if there are MANY students, it does not give them the right to choose that I don't deserve the data.

This gives me more motivation to not renew my contract with them ever again.
